• Draft briefs and event reports that articulate the impact and progress of the portal’s initiatives. 

• Engage with cultural organisations, academic institutions, libraries, and government bodies for outreach and collaboration. 

• Maintain databases and contact lists of key stakeholders, cultural partners, and project collaborators. 

• Support the planning and execution of outreach initiatives, cultural exhibitions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. 
• Liaison with various government departments and institutions.

Executive Administration 

• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Advisor. 

• Maintain the Advisor’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. 

• Liaise with internal teams to track deliverables and ensure timely execution of project components. 

• Draft, review, and edit internal documents, memos, meeting notes, and reports. 

• Organize meetings, events, conferences, and official visits. 

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely response and tracking. 

• Maintain project documentation, digital filing systems, and office records with confidentiality.
