A team of experts from IIT Mumbai conducted one day workshop on Self learning spoken tutorials (Ardunio) for the students of Government Polytechnic Nashik on 22nd Feb. 2019. Total 60 students from various disciplines participated in the workshop. The IIT experts found that, the students were receptive and capable to use the self-learning tools. The students exhibited excellent performance.
This was the first incidence in the history of Government Polytechnic Nashik that the IIT Mumbai experts visited the institute and conducted full day workshop for the benefit of Diploma students. Free and Open Source Software for Education (FOSSEE) and Massive Open Online Course (MOOCS) projects, are funded under National Missionon Education by MHRD Govt. Of India. These projects are implemented by IIT Mumbai under the leadership of Prof.Kannan Moudgalya. A team of six experts consisting of Prof.Mohamed Kasim Khan Project Manager & PR, Prof.RajeshKhushalkar, Mrs. Nirmal conducted the workshop on ICT enabled Spokan Tutorial at Government Polytechnic Nashik on 22nd Feb 2019. The students from Electronics, Computer, Mechanical and Information technology discipline participated. Dr.Pable, Dr.Joshi, and Prof.Sanap of Govt.Polytechnic Nashik organised the workshop.
